EASYEDETAILING-LITE GUIDE

Android E-Detailing App for Pharma Doctor Calls

Prepare PDF, PPTX and image visual aids on an Android tablet. Organize brands, choose doctor-specific pages and present prepared projects offline.

A focused presentation workspace for medical representatives

EasyEDetailing-Lite helps medical representatives turn existing visual-aid files into an organized tablet presentation. Import your company-approved material, arrange it by brand or therapy and choose relevant pages for each doctor. Lite focuses on the presentation workflow; it should not be confused with the MAIN Easy E-Detailing Manager + MR field-work platform.

Use Lite when you need a digital visual aid app for doctor calls, rather than assuming that a presentation licence includes a complete field-force CRM, attendance or reporting system.

Check the tablet and your actual files first

An Android tablet provides a larger presentation area than a phone. Screen size, Android version, free storage and the complexity of your source material all affect the experience. Test the current APK on the tablets your team will actually use. Do not assume that every Android device or every PowerPoint effect behaves identically.

Keep a separate copy of original files before importing. Convert older .ppt files to .pptx, check fonts and inspect important charts after conversion. Embedded media, slide animations and complex layouts may differ from the desktop PowerPoint presentation.

See the PDF, PPTX and image preparation guide for the supported import workflow.

Set up a doctor call in six steps

  1. Sign in and check activation. Connect to the internet for the account and licence steps.
  2. Create a named project. Use a clear division or presentation name so it is easy to select later.
  3. Add approved visual aids. Import PDF, PPTX or images and check every important page.
  4. Organize the page library. Rename master pages, arrange the sequence and reuse existing pages in relevant categories.
  5. Prepare the doctor. Add a doctor or import a supported list, then select relevant visual-aid pages.
  6. Start detailing. Open the doctor's presentation, use page navigation and zoom where useful, then review the available history.

Use prepared presentations offline

Prepare and test the project before leaving for visits. Imported project files remain on the device for the local presentation workflow. Sign-in, payment, activation, licence checks, updates and account-management actions require connectivity when requested. Offline use does not bypass an expired or blocked plan.

Read the offline workflow and connection limits. Keep original presentation files separately; a doctor-history backup is not a complete backup of every project file.

Make the presentation easy to navigate

Choose name buttons or image thumbnails, position the page rail on the side that suits you and use a restrained page transition. Practise opening the function panel and switching categories before the doctor call. Use annotation only when it clarifies the approved information.

Doctor-specific page selection helps prepare a relevant sequence. Session history describes app usage; it should not be treated as proof of a clinical outcome, prescription or endorsement.

Choose capacity for the team

Compare page capacity, device allowance and subscription validity on the current pricing page. Trial eligibility and activation are checked by the service. Review your plan before importing a large library or activating additional devices.
