These Terms govern use of the EasyEDetailing-Lite website, Android app and yearly plan subscriptions. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Service

EasyEDetailing-Lite is an Android tablet visual-aid presentation tool for organizing approved PDF, image and supported PPT/PPTX material, assigning pages for doctor calls and presenting prepared material offline. It is not medical advice, a prescribing tool or a substitute for professional, regulatory or clinical review.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and activity performed through your account. Access to a paid plan is linked to the account, license and device limit shown at purchase. We may suspend access where required to protect the service, prevent misuse or comply with law.

Plans, licenses and devices

Paid plans are yearly subscriptions with the page and device limits displayed before purchase. A license is activated only after successful server-side payment confirmation. License keys and device access must not be shared, resold, copied for unauthorised use or used beyond the purchased limit.

Your content and local data

You retain responsibility for presentation files, page content and Doctor List information that you add. You must have the right to use that material and must obtain any required consent for doctor contact information. Doctor List records, project files and doctor-page mappings are kept locally on the Android device; they are not uploaded to EasyEDetailing-Lite's Supabase licensing service.

Acceptable use

Do not use EasyEDetailing-Lite to upload unlawful content, infringe rights, bypass license controls, interfere with the service or present content in a way that violates applicable pharmaceutical, advertising, privacy or healthcare requirements.

Availability and changes

Offline presentation depends on a prepared local project. Website sign-in, purchase, account, activation and license functions require an internet connection. We may improve or change non-material service features; material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page.

Liability and governing rights

To the extent permitted by law, EasyEDetailing-Lite is provided for business use without a promise that it will meet every field, device, regulatory or connectivity requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
