Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how EasyEDetailing-Lite handles information used for accounts, licensing and payments. It applies to the EasyEDetailing-Lite website and Android app.

Information used for your account

When you create an account or buy a plan, we use your email address, company name and any phone number you provide. We also keep license, plan, activation, authorised-device and payment-reference information needed to provide the subscription, issue invoices and prevent misuse.

Payment information

Payments are presented through Razorpay Checkout. EasyEDetailing-Lite receives payment identifiers and transaction status needed to confirm your purchase; it does not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or online-banking credentials.

Local Android data

Projects, imported presentation files, page names, categories, viewer settings, Doctor List records and doctor-wise page selections remain on the Android device. In particular, Doctor List data is stored locally in SQLite and is not sent to Supabase, Razorpay or the website by EasyEDetailing-Lite.

How we use information

• create and secure accounts, licenses and authorised devices;
• confirm payments, provide invoices and support account requests;
• maintain the app, prevent fraud and enforce plan limits; and
• meet applicable legal, tax, security and record-keeping obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We use Supabase for authentication, license records and related backend functions, and Razorpay for payment processing. Information is shared with these providers only as needed for those services. We do not sell Doctor List information or account data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service or legal rights.

Retention and security

We retain account and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and server-side verification for licensing and payments, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Keep your account credentials and license key private.

Your choices

You may contact us to correct account information or request account-related assistance. Local project and Doctor List data can be managed from the app on the device. Requests may be subject to identity verification and applicable retention requirements.
